Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the item, we would ask you to first advise us by email the reason you are unhappy with the product in the first instance.

Please send your email as soon as possible or at the latest within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Approval for return and Instructions for returning your items will be advised by email where appropriate.

Full refunds will only be issued for returns that have prior returns approval by email and for products that are received by us in saleable condition, that is, in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Following inspection we will confirm receipt of returned goods and refund amount which will be made via the original payment method. Refunds will be for goods amount only and will not include the original postage charge.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear on your account.

For reasons of health and hygiene our refund and exchange policy does not apply to a small number of products, such as, undergarments and earrings, unless they are faulty.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
